Summary

• Upgrades @coana-tech/cli from 15.10.9 to 15.10.10.
• Records the upgrade under ## [Unreleased] in the changelog. No hand-written version bump: the Publish to npm registry workflow derives the version and writes package.json + CHANGELOG.md itself, so package.json stays on the last released number (1.1.155).
• Also fixes the [Unreleased] heading left by the previous bump — it was missing its ##, so the release bump would not have recognized it as a section and the accrued note would have been dropped in favour of commit-derived notes.
