Please update your manifest to include the new keys (and therefore also add a thumbnail), you can find an example here.
Also please move all the plugin files inside com_falcon_DialHotkey into /.

Please test your plugin by adding the url as a custom plugin in the app's settings and going through the installation process via the store etc - right now the plugin will block the entire store because of the missing thumbnail.

Please also note that the official "Hotkey" action of the "OS" plugin can also be used on dials by configuring the event assigner - but your plugin makes the process a lot easier.
