Todea is a Seoul-based cloud-native engineering consultancy. We help private-sector enterprises across Korea, Japan, and APAC, with global remote engagements as inbound demand allows, assess, build, and operate production-grade Kubernetes platforms.

Our practice areas:

Three services, sequenced assess → build → operate:

1. Platform Readiness Review: a 1–2 week fixed-fee assessment of an existing Kubernetes platform. The report credits toward the next engagement if you continue.
2. Implementation Project: a fixed-scope build priced from a published scope-unit schedule, with 30-day post-handover support.
3. Managed Platform: a 12-month auto-renewing subscription with three support tiers (Essential, Professional, Enterprise) covering response times and named-engineer commitments.
