DIVE auto-populate can receive multiple disconnected polygons for one fish, but the head/tail service currently accepts only one exterior. Accept a polygons collection alongside the existing single-polygon request, rasterize every exterior and hole into one mask, and derive one head/tail pair from that combined mask. Rasterizing components separately preserves islands inside another component's hole.
Companion to Kitware/dive#1941. DIVE will send the full collection when there are multiple components or holes; simple polygons keep the existing request format.
Validation: nine Python tests pass covering combined-mask extraction, disconnected components, holes, nested islands, legacy calls, invalid rings, and existing line-scale behavior. Model inference was not run.
