Three stacked rows of nine badges read as decoration, not information — the
signal that matters (this is a conformant Agent Plugin, and CI proves it) was
buried in colour.

Kept the four that a visitor actually acts on:
- Agent Plugins 1.0.0 — what this repo *is*; the whole reason it exists
- spec valid — live CI status, and the one claim here that's independently
  earned rather than asserted
- Docs — the single link people need
- MIT — licence clarity matters for something you install

Dropped:
- Website — the logo above it already links to transcriptapi.com
- Swagger / Try API — REST-specific and niche for a *plugin* repo; still linked
  from the "Also available as a REST API" section where it's in context
- Listed: awesome-agent-plugins — that list is maintained by this same org, so
  it's self-referential. A reader who follows it notices, which makes it the
  weakest credibility signal of the set rather than a neutral one.

Relabelled the CI badge "schema valid" -> "spec valid": it now gates skills-ref
and the conformance checker too, so "schema" understated what it covers.

Moved the Cursor and VS Code one-click buttons out of the header and into the
manual-MCP section, downsized to flat-square, with a note that they add the MCP
server *only* and not the bundled skill. In the header, directly under a
"install as an Agent Plugin" lead, they implied the opposite.

Verified: ajv valid; skills-ref 1/1; check_conformance.py 11/11; no broken
local links or image refs; 6 shields remain (4 header + 2 relocated buttons).
