In #216, some new dependencies were added and some licenses may have been inadvertently removed due to version mismatches. CI passed on that PR, so I'm updating the licenses and ensuring our workflow uses the latest version of licensed.
Licensed generated with licensed cache using 3.4.0 on my macOS machine.
