Description:
Prepare the repository for the v6 tag by making v6 the recommended stable version throughout the public documentation. The V6 highlights now include the late-cycle distributions, signature-verification defaults, and Maven configuration capabilities, while obsolete development warnings have been removed.
The JetBrains installer test suite also receives a 10-second timeout to avoid the cold-run timeout observed during release validation.
