Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself before we start. I'm Andre Zimin - Data Scientist & ML Researcher. I'm open to new collaborations and are always willing to participate and contribute projects that are aimed towards the improvement of people's lives. I'd like improving an environments in which sustainable economy can take hold, elaborating infrastructure access and services for human development, modernizing technology and established a new economic and social dynamism our life.

Literature review and analysis: analyzing scientific articles, identifying promising ideas.

Formulating research hypotheses: what improvements are possible for a specific task (accuracy, speed, interpretability, noise resilience).

Experimentation and prototyping: implementing new methods in Python, selecting metrics and KPIs, conducting accurate A/B and offline evaluations.

Improving existing models: tuning, ensembles, distillation, quantization, working with data (augmentations, synthetic samples).

Documentation and presentations: reports, articles, code (GitHub), benchmarks, and reproducibility of experiments.

Collaboration: working with engineers to implement findings and with subject matter experts to properly formulate the problem.

Reproducibility of experiments (recording random samples, library versions, and configurations).

Research and development of new approaches, algorithms, and model architectures.

Participation in Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/andrezimin) and Devpost (https://devpost.com/andrzimin72) hackathons in 2026.

Everyone who is in for active mountain vacations, - cross-country skiing in winter and trekking in summer, - must visit Eastern Siberia and Baikal at least once in their life. It's my way to understand other people and the whole world. Welcome!
