Hi @grgrzybek
dependabot bumped the version of java.transaction-api in transaction module and itests were not able to run beacause of missing javax.transaction.xa package.

I exposed the javax.transaction.xa from framework bundle, but it looks hacky.
I saw the issue you were working on in pax ops4j/org.ops4j.pax.transx#33 and it looks like javax.transaction-api in version 1.3 is not very usable and could be painful in future upgrades to java 11, 17 or 21.

Do you think we should skip transaction-api upgrade to 1.3?

@alien11689 I don't see issue with this update: it's 1.2 compatible and the version range on the "client" should deal with that. I will resume conflicts and merge.

@jbonofre feel free to change the PR. It was changed a year ago so I don't remember all the details. My concerns were about exposing javax.transaction.xa from the framework which does not seem to be the target approach
