While testing #8497 , I found that there are some test failures with xcpng81/xcpng82, but not with xenserver-71

• fix test_guest_os (should be fixed by test: fix test_guest_os.py failure on xcpng82 #8659)
• fix test_cluster_drs (related to XCP-ng 8.2 - Live migration fails #7340)
• fix test_metrics_api (should be fixed by test: skip check for volume stats history on xenserver #8661)
• fix test_non_affinity_group (related to XCP-ng 8.2 - Live migration fails #7340)
• fix test_register_userdata (related to test: fix test/integration/smoke/test_register_userdata.py which caused networks not to be deleted #9244)
• fix test_vm_deployment_planner (related to test: fix test/integration/smoke/test_register_userdata.py which caused networks not to be deleted #9244)

Most of these errors should happen in 4.19.0.0 as well.
