…ma discovery Fix l_extendedprice precision assertion to match actual TPC-H DECIMAL(15,2) spec.
Also extend SchemaConverter to support Utf8View and LargeUtf8 Arrow types, required for TPC-H parquet files which use Utf8View for string columns.

Adds the ability to pass a logical plan into the session context for execution.
The plan can be built from the datafusion-proto generated representation (not a great UX, but we can provide DataFrame style builder later). Once the plan is created, it can be executed with:
