大多数特别是 apiV2 版本都是apiclient_cert.p12这个证书,很少要用到私钥证书apiclient_key.pem和apiclient_cert.pem转apiV3,恰恰有需要这两个证书。该方案可以在代码层面，直接将p12 分解为Key 和 Cert ，方便用户。
