Prep for the repo being public on GitHub.

Changes

  • Add MIT LICENSE (GitHub will now show the license on the repo card).
  • README accuracy pass — reconciled drift against the current code:
    • Image gen: fal_gpt_image_2 is the default (FLUX Pro 1.1 / Gemini-3 selectable per-brief), not FLUX-only.
    • Listing copy model called out as Opus 4.8 (claude-opus-4-8).
    • Removed the deleted HUMAN_REVIEW_ENABLED flag; documented the real needs_review → dashboard-approve → pending_publish flow (no auto-publish).
    • Added the dashboard (Next.js) package and docs/ to the repo map.
    • Marked Railway/cron as planned, not deployed (agents run manually today), matching CLAUDE.md.
    • Fixed "Five tables" → four; added a License section.
  • Archived internal planning docs (AUDIT_*, PLAN_*, BUGFIX_PLAN, BACKLOG, AGENT_OVERVIEW.html) under docs/internal/ so the repo root is clean.

Out of band (already applied to the live repo)

  • Set the GitHub About description and topics.
  • Verified: no secrets in the tree or git history (only sk-ant-test-style placeholders in tests); no .env ever committed.
