What changed
This PR migrates the repository from raw .sql solution files to Markdown-based solution documents.
It also updates the README so the repository description matches the new structure and no longer refers to the removed PostgreSQL dump workflow.
Why
The repository is now intended to be easier to browse and read as a documentation-style SQL solutions reference.
