Summary

• add the generated API reference inside the Prisma ORM integration section
• generate one TypeDoc page for each public @cipherstash/stack-prisma subpath on Stack main
• include all exported functions, classes, interfaces, type aliases, and values
• keep generated symbol pages out of git while generating them during prebuild
• remove Prisma from the standalone Stack reference plan
