* Remove deprecated Doppler recentLogs and LogsRequest for 6.x Remove DopplerClient.recentLogs(), RecentLogsRequest, Applications.logs(LogsRequest), and LogsRequest — all deprecated in 5.x (cloudfoundry#1348). Inline the Doppler streaming path directly into logs(ApplicationLogsRequest). Update README with breaking changes.

Make the integration tests pass against a current CAPI deployed on KinD. Client: - Send the "resources" field with every bits upload (v3 packages) and also as query parameter for v2 uploads without matched resources, as CAPI otherwise rejects them (CF-AppBitsUploadInvalid / missing :resources). - Ask for text/html in the UAA browser authorization flows, otherwise UAA answers with a 403 instead of redirecting to the login page. - Add Stack state and state reason and the CA certificates of the LDAP and SAML identity provider configurations. Integration tests: - Reserve the TCP ports handed out by the NameFactory on the default-tcp router group at startup, so the TCP route tests don't depend on the test order or the deployment's default range. - Skip the log-cache metric tests when TEST_SKIP_METRIC_REGISTRAR is set (kind-deployment has no metric registrar) and use a pullable Docker test image. - Don't assert the internal host name of the default domain. Makes the integration tests pass against a current CAPI deployed on KinD. This is the Java part of #1381 (the GitHub workflow stays there); please merge this PR first, the workflow's test run depends on these fixes.

Depends on #1371
The integration tests run against a current CAPI, which needs the changes of #1371 (SUPPORTED_API_VERSION bump and Space.suspended). #1371 was merged into 5.x.x; this PR targets main and does not contain it. Until it is on main, InfoTest (the server version must not exceed SUPPORTED_API_VERSION) and the space tests fail against such a CAPI.
Testing
Unit tests of cloudfoundry-client, cloudfoundry-client-reactor and cloudfoundry-operations pass (JDK 11), as does spotless:check. New assertions cover the Accept header, the upload with and without async, and Stack.state/state_reason. The integration tests run in #1381.
