Need to change local IP for IIIF_IMAGE_API_SERVER_URL to make it work and create a cantaloupe bucket in minio.
Test with docker compose -p clowder2-prod -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.iiif.yml up. Upload a tif file to the bucket and access the manifest at http://localhost:8002/api/v1/manifests/<your_file_name>/manifest.json
