BREAKING CHANGE: IncludeSubdirectories now defaults to false (was true) - Add .IncludeSubdirectories(int maxDepth) for depth control (0, 1, 2, -1) - Add .IncludeSubdirectories(bool) for simple on/off - Users must explicitly enable subdirectories for recursive monitoring - Remove redundant XML documentation, add AGENTS.md - 10 new tests (108 total passing) - Comprehensive documentation updates
