  coder/coder. This is enabled by default but can be disabled by passing the CLI
  flag --disable-getting-started-override or setting
  CS_DISABLE_GETTING_STARTED_OVERRIDE=1 or
  CS_DISABLE_GETTING_STARTED_OVERRIDE=true.
