This was caused by using the precompiled headers of lib with the externals sources in the Cppcheck cppcheck.vcxproj. Fixed downstream by cppcheck-opensource/cppcheck#8177. |

No yet. I still need to check another PR. And I want create a downstream PR with the version bump first so we see issues before we have tagged it. |
