Could you please merge the danish translation into AlertTicker- Card.
I noticed that there is no translation in alert-ticker-card-editor.js for const:
const THEME_DESC_I18N = {...}
For Vietnamese and Russian, is it a mistake or isn't THEME_DESC_I18N used?
