Currently when we want to regenerate _sidebar.md file we have to remove old one and run generator.

This PR adds a flag, --overwrite, which allows to overwrite _sidebar.md

USAGE:

docsify generate ../docs --overwrite

Works as expected on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04 in WSL.
