This PR rolls back the workaround-heavy dependency changes introduced in #7561 and #7579, while keeping the intended dependency upgrades. It updates AI template dependency baselines by bumping Aspire.Hosting.AppHost and CommunityToolkit.VectorData.SqliteVec, and removes explicit workaround references that are no longer desired.

  • Dependency baseline updates

    • Aspire.Hosting.AppHost updated to 13.4.6 in template package version props.
    • CommunityToolkit.VectorData.SqliteVec updated to 1.0.0-preview.4 in template/test package props.
    • Template-local System.Linq.AsyncEnumerable override aligned to 10.0.9.

  • Reverted PR Fix transitive MessagePack vulnerability in AI template AppHost projects #7561 workaround surface

    • Removed explicit MessagePack version entry from template package props.
    • Removed direct MessagePack PackageReference from AI Chat Web AppHost template.
    • Updated related AppHost snapshots to match generated output.

  • Reverted PR Fix SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlite3 vulnerability by replacing SemanticKernel connectors with CommunityToolkit #7579 SQLite bundle workaround surface

    • Removed explicit SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlite3 version entry from template package props.
    • Removed direct SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlite3 PackageReference from AI Chat Web Web template.
    • Updated related Web/default snapshots to match generated output.
