This PR updates the .NET AI project templates to remove the retired GitHub Models provider and aligns template docs/tests/snapshots accordingly.

Changes:

• Remove githubmodels as a selectable --provider in aichatweb and aiagent-webapi templates (docs + conditional code).
• Update integration tests to stop using GitHub Models defaults and to enumerate only the remaining providers.
• Refresh snapshot baselines by removing the GitHub Models-based verified outputs.

• Same as above for the aichatweb example: it still shows --provider as optional, but the template configuration now requires it. Update the usage example (or restore a default provider) so docs and template behavior stay aligned.

• The snapshot case --aspire + --provider=openai will look for Snapshots/aichatweb/aichatweb.A_oai.verified, but no such snapshot baseline exists in the current snapshot set. Add the missing baseline (or adjust/remove this test case) to avoid a failing snapshot run.

Some of the baselines look like renames or renames with changes with how git processes the diff, but they were really deletions of github baselines and additions of new baselines for openai.
