Pull Request Overview
Updates the base images for WebAssembly jobs to Ubuntu 22.04 and removes an unused ARMv6 container configuration.
- Bumps the WASI Helix image from ubuntu-20.04-helix-wasm-amd64 to ubuntu-22.04-helix-webassembly
- Deletes the linux_armv6 container entry since it's no longer used
