When the guest approaches its memory ceiling, the virtio-balloon was not automatically deflated to return previously reclaimed pages. This caused guest OOM kills even though the host could give pages back instantly by deflating the balloon. Set DeflateOnOom = true to enable automatic balloon deflation when the guest is under memory pressure. Fixes e2b-dev#3379

Summary
When the guest approaches its memory ceiling, the virtio-balloon was not automatically deflated to return previously reclaimed pages. This caused guest OOM kills even though the host could give pages back instantly by deflating the balloon.
Fix
Set DeflateOnOom = true to enable automatic balloon deflation when the guest is under memory pressure. This is Gap 2 from issue #3379, which is the trivial fix among the three gaps identified.
