P2: Bun-free runtime spike (do not crowd Cursor/Grok) #266
Description
Problem
Captain wants the Bun dependency removable eventually. That is a complete rewrite. Secondary to Cursor import, Cursor adapter, and Grok inject.
Solution
P2 spike only: what a Bun-free runtime would take (Go? Node? keep SQLite). No migration in this cut. Must not crowd the Cursor/Grok board.
Acceptance criteria
- Spike note: runtime options, test/CI impact, what breaks in hooks.
- Labeled later/P2. Not a blocker for import/TUI/adapter/inject.

- Rewriting Recall
- Changing install in this cut

Local spec: .agents/atlas/plans/2026-08-30-planned-features.md (gitignored plans dir; parked until Atlas relays a ship yes).
Cursor is two wires, not one host-hook: capture = #259, inject = #261. Do not glue them.
