Description

• Moved bm8563 to espp submodule and updated it to support the new peripheral api standard
• Use new espp::I2c class for simpler app code

Keeps this app up to date and makes the main code cleaner and easier to read.

How has this been tested?

Building and running on the ESP32 TimerCam.
