* Fixes #2931 - Support multiple Set-Cookie headers apiv2.js uses node-fetch under the hood, which will concatenate duplicate headers with ', '. This is invalid for Set-Cookie headers. Description
This updates some dependencies with breaking changes. They all support node >= 10 (or 10.10 in firebase-admin's case).
Dropped google-gax because it was a fix for node 8 issues.
