File-list Tools (fltools) provides utilities for parsing file lists, such as
are commonly used by EDA tools.
The fltools package supports:
- Resolving relative paths with respect to the working directory or filelist
- C-style and shell-style comments
- Detecting duplicate inclusion of a filelist
