Native crash marker deleted too early

High Severity

Native 0.16.7 makes sentry_init() consume .sentry-native/last_crash after caching it. NdkIntegration runs that init during Sentry.init(), before PreviousSessionFinalizer and SentryCrashLastRunState read the same marker, so native crashes no longer mark the previous session as crashed and isCrashedLastRun() can miss them.
