Removes the tree-sitter-extractor and yeast directories from the workflows that trigger tests for C#, Go, Rust, and Swift inside the /shared directory. Also adds a separate workflow for running the Yeast tests whenever changes are made inside /yeast, /yeast-macros, or /yeast-schema.
