Pull request overview
Updates the CodeQL Action’s default CodeQL bundle/CLI versions to 2.25.2 (used for tools: linked and GHES), with corresponding changelog and generated artifact updates.
Changes:
- Bump default CodeQL bundle/CLI from 2.25.1 to 2.25.2 and advance the prior* fields accordingly.
- Add an UNRELEASED changelog entry for the bundle bump.
