I'm typically not a big stickler for these things, but this file uses underscores in other repos, not dashes, e.g.,
so it would be nice for us to follow suit rather than stand out. |

I think this PR now has two files (from two commits), one with dashes and one with underscores. Can you remove the one with dashes? And squash the commit as well, please. |

These builds can run in a variety of environments, in Google Cloud Build, a local docker, or on the local machine. It can be useful to see some stats about the local machine runing the build.
