Remove orphan sample files for Domains V1alpha2 and V1beta1.
The V1alpha2 and V1beta1 APIs were removed when Domains was promoted to stable in #7467, but the sample directories in Domains/samples/V1alpha2/ and Domains/samples/V1beta1/ were left behind.
