Good thing I haven't pulled the trigger yet. @tseaver there is a Python 3 str/bytes breakage with the new BigQuery code:

That is weird: Py3k tests aren't failing locally for me on current master. I did see that error earlier, but fixed it in 2c1ccd2. That commit is on master.

@tseaver The failing tests are system tests

Got it. See #2818 for a fix.
