Add an example "expense reporting" application (command-line only), and use it as the basis for a bit of narrative documentation showing how to use the gcloud-python library to a "real-world" app.

Note that the app's scripts actually run, allowing CRUD of hierarchical employee, expense report, and expense item entities: they could be used for further regression testing.

- E124: closing bracket does not match visual indentation. - E127: continuation line over-indented for visual indent. They are over-opinionated, and without sufficient justification from the PEP.

Tweak 'create_report' to match.

In Datastore, projection queries involving entities with DateTime properties return integer timestamps instead of `datetime.datetime` objects. This fix handles that case and returns `datetime.datetime` objects regardless of the query type. Fixes #261.

When retrying a transaction that failed, we MUST retry every single prior statement as well as the current one, until .commit() or .rollback() are invoked. Fixes #285 Fixes #296
