Summary

This PR provides a comprehensive update and full translation of the English documentation (docs/en) to ensure complete alignment with the Chinese source of truth (docs/zh-cn).

Motivation

Currently, there is a significant discrepancy between the English and Chinese documentation. Many components, architectural changes, and recent feature updates present in docs/zh-cn were either missing, outdated, or incomplete in docs/en. To support the global Hyperf community and provide a consistent experience for non-Chinese speaking developers, it is crucial that the English documentation is as robust and up-to-date as the Chinese version.

This effort is also related to the background discussions in: #4246

Key Changes

• Complete Translation: Translated over 111 markdown files across all major modules, including Core Architecture, Database, Microservices, Server Engines, Clients, and Deployment.
• Terminology Standardization: Unified technical terminology throughout the docs (e.g., Coroutine, Dependency Injection, Aspect-Oriented Programming, Circuit Breaker) to ensure professional consistency.
• Code Documentation: Translated all code comments within markdown files to English to ensure code examples are fully understandable.

Verification Results

• All translated files have been reviewed for professional tone and grammatical accuracy.
• Internal links have been verified to work within the docs/en/ directory.
• Markdown syntax and code blocks have been preserved and tested for functional correctness.
