Hi, I'm Iris 👋

I'm a software engineer and people manager who cares deeply about accessible, scalable UI and creating environments where developers can thrive. I architect frontend systems and lead engineering teams with clarity and care.

When I'm not at work you can find me tweaking yet another headless CMS setup, sewing something fab & comfy, or outdoors riding bikes with my endlessly energetic kids.
