Adds src/site/headless-cms/cms-brew.md, following the existing entry format. CMS Brew is a Git-based CMS where the client edits by chat rather than an admin UI; edits land as commits on GitHub or GitLab, and risky or out-of-scope requests are routed to the developer for approval.
