• Build Python, shell, SQL, and AI-assisted workflows with explicit validation, privacy boundaries, and human approval gates.
• Install and support integrated systems using Crestron, Bose, Shure, Barco, Dante/AVB, Ubiquiti, conferencing, streaming, and IP infrastructure.
• Translate ambiguous symptoms into reproducible evidence, clear escalation context, practical runbooks, and validated recovery.

• Pacific Resilience — an offline-first TypeScript and SQLite platform for resilient remote and island infrastructure, with deterministic telemetry simulation, provenance-aware contracts, durable batching, bounded retry, and 383 automated tests.
• Support Evidence Kit — a dependency-free Python tool that sanitizes diagnostics, classifies cross-layer evidence, hashes source files, and creates a reproducible engineering escalation handoff.
