The aforementioned chicory-redline PR looks good now and ideally will be merged and released soon. Once that happens we can plumb that dependency through the Prism libraries and get this convergence resolved. |

This updates jruby-prism to latest which includes redline 0.0.5 with removal of the hard dependency on jffi. See roastedroot/chicory-redline#20
