Reverts the lstk CLI reference update (#774, squash commit 99db09f3) off aws-docs-release-august.
That PR was intended to merge into main as a release-independent hotfix, but the base branch got changed mid-merge and it landed on aws-docs-release-august by mistake. This revert removes it from the August release branch and restores lstk.mdx to its prior state.
The change itself is being re-opened against main from the restored branch (PR to follow) so it can be merged as the intended hotfix.
