v1.1.2 — plugin-ci: add artifact-load smoke

Adds a smoke step after `bun run build` that dynamic-imports
`dist/hostPlugin.js` to verify the bundle actually loads at runtime.
Catches the SDK v3.4.1 build-helper regression class
(`Dynamic require of "fs"`, `__filename is not defined`) before merge.

Per feedback-build-success-not-bundle-works.
