I'm part of a team at Walmart Global Tech that engineers the backend handling 300,000 to 500,000 orders a day for Walmart's store fulfillment systems. My background started in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (College of Engineering, Trivandrum), and I've spent the last 7+ years moving from application development into software engineering and DevOps/SRE work — Python automation, observability tooling, and microservices at scale.

I'm currently doing an MTech in Artificial Intelligence at BITS Pilani (specializing in Deep Learning and LLMs), extending that scale-and- reliability background into the ML side of things.

• Building and operating microservices that keep order fulfillment running reliably at Walmart's scale.
• Deep in observability: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana — monitoring, alerting design, and RCA on production incidents.
• Google Cloud certified across architecture, ML, DevOps, security, networking, and development.
