MNT: Move test for old ipython behavior to minver tests - #29770

Sorry, something went wrong.
While not exactly a minver test, it's semantically related in that it changes rather old package versions. This should help declutter the test matrix and make the upcoming transition to newer ubuntu images and dropping python 3.10 simpler.

Targeting doc branch, because there will follow-up PRs to migrate away from soon-to-be-discontinued ubuntu-20.04 images, and we will want to push those changes through all active branches. Therefore we should make sure all branches have the same pipeline setup to not run into merge conflicts. |
