It seems there is no good resource to teach Django learners how to add SASS/SCSS support to Django project.
So I wrote two blog posts talking about this issue. I talked about two different ways to solve this problem and also put the souce code on Github.
I just saw this interesting project and I think full-stack developers might also be interested in this topic, so I decided to create a PR.
