Summary

• Harden prompt autocomplete memos/accessors so initial Solid computations always see arrays.
• Reorder workflow slash-command resource before the commands memo that consumes it.
• Move the ultracode keyword memo below prompt store initialization to avoid TDZ access during startup.

Bug Chain Found While Testing

1. Initial crash: options().length failed because the autocomplete options memo had no initial value during first render.
2. Next crash after fixing that: spreading slashes() failed because command slash entries can be undefined during keymap selector initialization.
3. Next crash: command autocomplete also iterated async startup state before it was available: sync.data.command and slash workflow infos.
4. Next crash after initializing command memo: slashCommandWorkflowInfos was read before declaration because Solid evaluates memos eagerly.
5. Final startup crash: ultracodeKeyword read store before createStore initialized it. Moving the memo below the store fixed the TDZ error.

Verification

• bun typecheck from packages/opencode
• bun run dev from packages/opencode in tmux
• Confirmed TUI reaches the normal prompt
• Triggered / autocomplete successfully
• Checked ~/.local/share/opencode/log/dev.log; no TUI fatal errors after fixes
• Pre-push hook ran bun turbo typecheck: 22/22 packages passed

Note: remaining log entries are MCP capability errors for unsupported resources / prompts methods, unrelated to this TUI crash path.
