Collapsed result sections otherwise look identical, making it hard to
find a package without expanding every report.

The first diagnostic was left unlinked because its Error prefix was
mistaken for part of the filename. Absolute checkout paths also made
linked locations noisy and specific to the CI agent.

Link the first diagnostic and display locations relative to the DT
repository so the reports are easier to navigate.
