Pull request overview
Adds a new Harness sample (Harness_Step04_CodeExecution) demonstrating a HarnessAgent with all features enabled, combined with the Hyperlight CodeAct provider (sandboxed Python execution) and a file-based regex-tester skill.
Changes:
- New sample project Harness_Step04_CodeExecution with Program.cs, README.md, and .csproj that copies skills/** to output.
